Disney Night on “Dancing With the Stars”: 10 Pairs Remain After a Controversial Celeb Is Sent Home

During Disney night on “Dancing With the Stars,” many dancers underwent significant transformations.

Adrian Peterson, who usually portrays a tough exterior, revealed a softer side during his Viennese Waltz. This was something he had been working on at home, especially with a newborn baby. Despite the challenges he faced, his dedication paid off as he and partner Britt Stewart received their first 7s from the judges.

Xochitl Gomez, on the other hand, was initially intimidated by Val Chmerkovskiy’s strict approach during rehearsals for their demanding paso doble. However, their hard work bore fruit, earning them their highest scores yet with three 9s and securing a top spot on the leaderboard.

Ariana Madix faced her own nervousness when performing the season’s first contemporary routine with partner Pasha Pashkov. While she found comfort in her frame, she tapped into her theater background for the performance.

Disney night also brought a surprise appearance by last season’s MVP, Selma Blair, who joined Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber during their jazz rehearsal.

Despite the enchanting Disney theme, one couple had to bid farewell. This week, Adrian Peterson and Britt Stewart were eliminated from the competition.
